2010 brought a few changes to the Grand Rapids Walk MS event. The location was moved from downtown to the beautiful campus of Aquinas College, just north of East Grand Rapids. Aquinas was founded in 1886; the campus remains somewhat quaint yet located within blocks of Grand Rapids' hip East Town district. Team Captain Sloth was unable to attend the event due to a scheduling conflict, but Karrie and Pam McLenithan carried the team and raised several hundred dollars for MS-related research and programs.
