August Bonus Day (Saturday)

After a day of rest followed by a mere 30-mile day, Sloth was not quite ready to hang up the bike… especially when a sun-filled day of 70-degree temperatures and low humidity beckoned! Taking advantage of the presence of Glitch and Steph, Sloth ditched the majority of his supplies and traveled south from Ludington State Park, deviating from a similar route taken back in 2014. While the intention was to make it down to North Muskegon (home of Muskegon State Park), Sloth’s 70-mile route was cut short just south of Silver Lake. Sometimes the “real world” catches up to you… even while on vacation!
