July Bonus Weekend Tour

When Sloth discovered that Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron was a mere 20 miles away from Midland to the east, he could not resist heading out to Bay City Recreation Area for some impromptu camping and exploring. The weather cooperated as well: the humidity and temperature reduced substantially, resulting in perfect cycling conditions. The trip was well worth it: the Recreation Area was stunning, with plenty of trails to explore through forest, marsh, and wetland alike.
